Encompass Movement @ Sport and Spine Clinic

The First Stretch is used to help me understand how your body moves and what it needs to improve. We'll be discussing what your day to day looks like, run through a few movement observations, and conclude with, you guessed it, assisted stretching. Afterwards, I'll go over my conclusions and see how we can best work together!

The First Stretch

We will sit together and go over what you're really looking to achieve. We'll figure out how we can work together to help you reach your goals with what you already have at home and other tools (if needed) to a better and injury free wellness journey.

Personal Training Virtual Consultation

We assess your movement by observing a foundational pattern, applying targeted corrections to improve it, and then testing it under load to identify imbalances, reduce injury risk, and build a personalized training plan based on how you actually move.
